CORSIVIA S.A. processes the data collected through this form in order to manage the queries made and attend to possible requests.

The interested party will be solely responsible for the completion of the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.

What is the basis for the legitimacy of the processing?

The processing of your data is based on your consent, which you give by providing the data requested, by filling in and sending this form and by ticking the box accepting this privacy notice.

Will you need to provide us with all your details, and what will happen if you do not?

Yes, it will be necessary for you to provide us with all the personal data requested in the form. If you do not provide us with the requested data, we will not be able to deal with your request properly.

Will we carry out automated individualised decisions and/or profiling, which produce legal effects or significantly affect you in a similar way?

How long will we process your data?

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as you do not request its deletion or cancellation and as long as it is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The data controller shall inform the data subject of the extension within one month of the request.

The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
